River City Pizza is a family-owned company led by Phillip and Jacqueline Barnard, who purchased the Otis Orchards location in 2016 and have personally built every store since. From the beginning, our goal has been simple: to be the best pizza in our region—one pizza at a time. We make our dough fresh daily, grate mozzarella from the block, and uphold high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality in every restaurant we operate.
