At River City Pizza, we love supporting our community.
We’d be thrilled to help your school, team, or organization
with a pizza fundraiser that’s simple, fun, and rewarding.
Pick your date
Choose any Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for your fundraiser.
The date must be at least 3 weeks in advance so we have time to prepare.
Your event runs from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at whichever River City Pizza location is in your area
We Give Back
On your chosen night, River City Pizza will donate 10% of all sales during that time to your organization.
The more friends and families you send our way, the bigger the donation!
Promote Your Event
Great fundraisers are all about spreading the word!
Schedule a time with us at least 10 days before your fundraiser to create a short promotional video and photo at our Valley location (Flora & Sprague).

We’ll take care of editing the video and send it to you to share on your social media — we’ll promote it too on our pages!
Your job is to get your supporters excited and encourage them to dine at River City Pizza during your event.
After the Fundraiser
Once your night wraps up, we’ll total the sales and mail a check to the name and address you provide for your organization.
